Why is the term global warming often used when referring to climate change? Every location on earth is hotter every year than the year before. The sea temperatures have increased by 20 degrees. On average, the overall trend for the earth's surface temperature is increasing. None of the above are true.Which of the following is not a way a warmer climate may affect us? Sea levels will rise. All latitudes will become tropical in temperature. There will be an increase in extreme weather events. Diseases may spread more quickly.
global warming is a phenomenon where the average temperature of the earth increases (the first answer is wrong because the temperature may not increase every year, second answer is wrong because the sea temperature definitely hasn't increased 20 degrees, it's a much smaller number) for the second question I would say that the second one is the best answer (the global temperature is increasing but it doesn't mean that it will become tropical everywhere) http://epa.gov/climatechange/kids/index.html
so the naswer for the first questions is c or d
