I getting so angry nobody explain answers anymore they just give you the answer. What's up with that?

Just ignorant people that either didn't read the CoC or they just refuse to follow the rules. Just report them and carry on. c:

Baby, instead of getting angry, try saying, "Hey, could you please explain how you got this?  I'd like to understand."

I feel your frustration too, but if you tell users politely that direct answers do not help you out and are not allowed, usually the users will keep that in mind and won't do the same mistake.

Yes.. I always advise users to avoid giving DAs by saying this:

Please don't give out direct answers :) @ Username Instead, try engaging the asker so they can learn better and understand where your answer is coming from.

As the saying goes…

If I mention something about the CoC, then the person might rebel back giving our more DAs.. it's happened in the past several times.
