The best place to grow up in is the city. Because, there's more things to do there, you get introduced to more types of people growing up. Also city's are just a great place to be, if of course you like people and if you do then its the perfect place.

The best place to grow up is in a rural area because, you don't have as much traffic as you would in a city. Also, you get more cleaner air than in a city. Such as New York for example has fake trees because, they cant have real ones and a rural area would probably have real trees.
