Can someone meditate for me, I'm a really hyper person and I can't concentrate on one thing, my body just wants to move move move.
Listen to the guided meditation below. Then write a descriptive passage relating your experience using specific diction and intense sensory imagery
Sure :)
Breathe deeply. Inhale through the mouth and exhale through your nose. Slow controlled breaths. Now imagine the floor and walls of the present melting away around you until you are outside the walls walking in a place that you know well. What time of year is it--what is the weather like? What do you hear? What do you smell? What do you see as you walk? In the distance you see a house. Walk toward it. What do you see as you approach? What do you hear? What do you smell? Enter the house. Feel the doorknob as you enter. Look around the room. What do you see in the room? What do you smell? Walk through the house and into the kitchen. Food has been set out on the table for you. What does it smell like? Put some on a plate or pick it up in your hands. How does it feel on the plate? How does it feel in your hands? Now taste it. How does it taste? How does it feel in your mouth? Someone you enjoy enters the room. Who is it? What does the person do? What does he or she say? What tone of voice is used? How do you reply? Allow the conversation to continue as long as you like. Then return to the present slowly by concentrating once again on your breathing.
Darn it. My computer froze and restarted haha, give me a minute.
