OpenStudy (mckenzieandjesus):

A figure has a vertex at (5, 2). If the figure has line symmetry about the x-axis, what are the coordinates of another vertex of the figure? (2, 5) (-5, 2) (-5, -2) (5, -2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i personally would say option 1 but i am not the brightest crayon in the box

OpenStudy (mckenzieandjesus):

Okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tell me if i was wrong

OpenStudy (mckenzieandjesus):

thats wrong because line symmetry is where the figure is cut in half and I am not turning it in yet. it has to be -5,2 or 5,-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

_5,2 might bee good then

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im getting offline i wish you the best of luck *thumbs up*

OpenStudy (mckenzieandjesus):

oh its about the x axis so yes -5, 2

OpenStudy (mckenzieandjesus):

i ment 5,-2
