Well in the revision stage I know that you are supposed to open yourself up to the possibility that parts of your paper - and even your entire paper - might need to be re-thought, and re-written. After you write your draft, look at it again to improve your ideas, evidence, and organization. I think it would be proofreading but I am not sure. Proofreading involves reading your document to correct the smaller typographical. So I am not 100% sure
