An 8-oz bottle of ketchup costs $1.39. If the unit rate stays the same, how much should a 14-oz bottle cost?

OpenStudy (kaisertheslayer):

well... what do you think?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk how to solve that?

OpenStudy (kaisertheslayer):

first you want the unit rate and to find this you divide 1.39 by 8 which would be 0.17375 and then you multiply this by 14

OpenStudy (kaisertheslayer):

which is 2.4325

OpenStudy (kaisertheslayer):

if this satisfies ur answer plz give a medal to show appreciation
