The little dot inside means f(g(x)), so first lets find f(g(x)) then we'll find f(g(4)). All this is saying is plug in the function g(x) where ever there is an in f(x). \[f(g(x)) = 3(-2x-6)-7\] simplify this and then plug in 4 for x then you'll have f(g(4)).
