okay imagine that you are at a crime scene, you are looking for dna evidence, you can either find it from a hair/blood etc which will give dna in very small amount , so first is wrong everyone has different dna so their cannot be too many matches, so last is wrong heating up will instead degrade the dna , so third is wrong at a crime scene , many people could be involved , and because of this there could be dna from many people , hence causing contamination, so second is corect
