My answer so far: Since the leading coefficient is negative and it is a fourth degree polynomial, the graph of this function will have 4 zeroes and will have both ends facing downward.

When I graph it. It shows that -2 and 3 are zeroes, but when I use synthetic division they arent true. Please help.
