Honestly, you could choose either. They both seem well done. Although, if you have a picky English teacher, you should choose the first one because it seems shorter, you know, just in case she's like "The introduction was toooooo short you need to make it longer, and you shouldn't have mentioned that thing you went through in first grade blah blah blaaaaaaaah" my introduction was NOT too long and what happened in first grade absolutely needed to be included!

So yeah, just go with the first one.
