Photosynthesis is an example of endothermic chemical reaction in which carbon di-oxide and water reacts with each other in the presence of sunlight and chlorophyll forms carbohydrate molecule (glucose). Here, chlorophyll acts as a catalyst and sunlight provides the required energy to drive the reaction.
