Write the equation that represents the relationship between n the number of triangles and p the perimeter of the figures formed. this is what i got from it. Not sure if i did it right though? Can i have some help with this? 1n =17p 2n= 34p 3n= 51p

OpenStudy (lynfran):

yep thats correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Alright thanks again. ^_^

OpenStudy (lynfran):

and i dont know if you realise it but you add 17 twice you would get 34...and if you add 17 , 3times you would get 51 another way you could have looked at this to find the perimeter if the previous question...just saying...

OpenStudy (lynfran):

ur welcome

OpenStudy (lynfran):

o u forget 1 equation....6n=102p

OpenStudy (lynfran):

but this one is not that necessary to put in cause if you solve for n you would get the first equation.

Okay, didn't know i had to include that. I'll do that, thanks for your help.
