how do we graph a dilation of an exponential function ? suppose i have an exponential function : y = 1/4^x and i have to transform it into a reflection of the x-axis and a dilation of 2. which makes the exponential function : y = 2*(1/4)^-x what is the method of graphing this function ? does my question make sense ? can anybody help me please ?

the graphplotter seems to have a problem plotting the 2 x(1/4^-x) but you can probably judge from the next graph where it should be when dilated:
