To start this question off you will have to make two equations. Do you know how to get those?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i don't can you help me ? @taramgrant0543664

OpenStudy (taramgrant0543664):

So we will start off with saying the cheeseburgers will be represented by the letter c and th hamburgers h. The total number combined was 559 so therefore we can set up our first equation of c+h=559 It is also stated there were 59 more cheeseburgers sold than hamburgers so our second equation can be set up c=h+59 You can then put the second equation into the first to solve for the number of hamburgers and then once you have the number of hamburgers you can put that into the second equation to determine the number of cheeseburgers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the answers 250

OpenStudy (taramgrant0543664):

Yes it would be 250 hamburgers and now you can solve for the cheeseburgers using the second equation

OpenStudy (taramgrant0543664):

Where you able to get the number of cheeseburgers?
