I'll help. Whats your question? @Mindblast3r

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

how do i write a paragraph?

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Simply make 4 to 5 sentences and add descriptive words; what's the prompt topic?

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

well i have to write a reflective paragraph.

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

This will be helpful http://www.howtogeek.com/school/microsoft-word-document-formatting-essentials/lesson2/all/

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Ok truly give your support or refute it by stating the main idea and writing well. You should be fine! :)

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

well i actually know how to write a paragraph, but my real question is, how do people put so many words in a paragraph? I can't do that.

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

As a writer give it your heart and soul to be confident and create a master piece.

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Sometimes it's sensory, imagery and para phrasing

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

my teacher tells us to make it a page long double spaced. and i think to myself i don't even think i can do that, because i don't have that much to write about.

Miracrown (miracrown):

I like to try and think about it one sentence at a time! A paragraph is 5-7 sentences, which can seem scary when you look at it that way. So I try making a sentence, even a tiny one! And then I can always go back and expand if I want to! So, what do you have to reflect on?

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

It's MLA formatting

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Read this fun site; http://www.writerstreasure.com/warning-paragraphs-good-enough/

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Are you in English I?

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

You write a paragraph by writing sentences. You write sentences by writing words. And you write words by writing alphabets. Ta-da

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

i know this smartone

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

i have to reflect on what on a short story, and a quote.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

1 paragraph each.

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Ok cite the quote first then explain it. 2.0 spacing and 14 times new roman

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

i know paragraph structure

Miracrown (miracrown):

What is the story?

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Be straightforward to the point as well

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

hills like white elephants.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

hmm.

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Here's Sparknotes http://www.sparknotes.com/short-stories/hills-like-white-elephants/ Cite the quotes and briefly explain them with descriptiveness and English literary devices.

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

well no it's not that quote, i have to write a reflection on what i think will happen after the story ends. the quote i have to reflect on is, "Become who you are"

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

"Become who you are" then explain the meaning behind this quote

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

she gave us pointers the pointers were 1.Tell me what you think the quote means 2. Example 3. Conclusion

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

um i think i understand everything now.

OpenStudy (misssunshinexxoxo):

Exactly; simply follow that format to the best of your knowledge and do not fear about writing this creates "writer's block". Quote meaning followed by an example then close it out to get that A! :D

OpenStudy (mindblast3r):

Thanks A lot! <3
