should public school provide teenage with daycare?

i see it from both perspectives. My highschool of just over 300 students had a daycare with 5-6 children on avg. this was a great way for the moms to learn parenting skills. they were required to attend classes in child development, etc. also this provided a place for students like myself to take a course with practicle application on childcare. I took caregiving for 2 years. it was a good course, and was a lot of fun. and the program had a very high sucess rate of moms (and 2 dad's-who were activly involved in their children's lives) that finished highschool.
however i think some students would see this as an easy way out if they did have a baby. i really do think that few students are stupid enough to think oh there is cheap daycare... i'll have a baby because of it. but hey there is always one in a crowd that jumps up and surprises you.
