If I had to pick one, I'd say Square of Binomial. Binomial means two terms. You have two terms. Then you're squaring them

I'm assuming you meant \[(20+5)^{2} = 25^{2}\] If so, the answer is none of them. All you are using is the fact that 20+5 =25
