A group of nations establishes a free-trade zone. What is the most likely effect? 1. Cost of trade increases 2. Exports decrease 3. Imports decrease 4. Trade increases

what do you think? personally I think the trade would increase in that area.

Because in a free trade countries would export more goods and thus there would be more imported goods from other countries - and the cost of trade in a free trade agreements among nations would be a low cost.
