i really dont know what to do here

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@peachpi help

OpenStudy (danjs):

rectangles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ugh:/ i got an answer thats not a choice

OpenStudy (danjs):

oh, use the pythagorean theorem to figure what the height of the triangles are

OpenStudy (danjs):

7^2 = 4^2 + h^2

OpenStudy (danjs):

Area of each triangle is (1/2)*h*4 add that to the rectangle area = 9*11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

? i still got it wrong

OpenStudy (danjs):

the triangles have \[h=\sqrt{33}\] so the area 2 of them is, \[4\sqrt{33}\]

OpenStudy (danjs):

Total Area = \[99+4\sqrt{33}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

121

OpenStudy (danjs):

\[\approx 121.98\]

OpenStudy (danjs):

i guess , if that is the closest answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah it is thank you so much:)
