when you erase an app on your tablet can you still retrieve information of the app?

no i want to erase it ccompletely so no one can retrieve info from it

You will see an icon by the name of My Files

In the My Files folder you will see

Android-> data - > com.facebook.com -> cache,files

you can delete this folder ^

Yes but also make sure the gallery doesn't have any images,if you've deleted them apps you wouldn't find anything in the tablet

Yes we can from internal storage fioe on our tablet.. i am also using tableta nd i retrieved that when my fikes drom gallery were corrupted..
