What is you opinion? I think that maybe because they have different cultures, language and idk i personally would be scared lol it's just a different place.

It is due to the idea of "the other" or "otherness". It's a basic fear of someone who is different than you and your group. its an idea explored in literature, existential philosophy and sociology. An aspect of otherness that relates to xenophobia is ethnocentrisim, which is viewing one's own culture as good and normal and another's culture as odd and not normal.
