spose we have 2 points:  (a,b)  and (p,q)

we can use either point to form an equation with such that:

y = m(x-a) + b  or  y = m(x-p) + q

m is the slope between the points which has a formula:

m=a−pb−q

m = ... ugh, my initial thought is flipped upside down 

m = 300-0
       ------   =  - 300/450  and simplify
        0 - 450
