Ryleigh received a $50 gift card to the frozen yogurt shop for her birthday. The shop sells yogurt sundaes for $4 and yogurt cones for $3. How many sundaes and cones can she buy with her card? If x represents the number of yogurt sundaes and y represents the number of yogurt cones, which graph correctly shows the solution to the problem?

OpenStudy (just_one_last_goodbye):

please explain sir

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Explain?

OpenStudy (just_one_last_goodbye):

care to explain ur answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, you would just graph 4x+3y less than or equal to 50 as it says 4x is the yogurt and 3y is yogurt cones

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Plus it is greater than or equal to so we know it is a solid line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and then the shaded region cannot go above the line since, we cannot more than $50 because thats all she has

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the only one left is D

Oh I see no need to continue I understand thank you so much @whatdoesthismean
