Is it possible for the step of reverse translation? And if it possible, how that pathway will be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It isn't possible energentically,, because too much ATP energy is expended in the process of translation. Trying to make an RNA sequence from protein sequence would require recharging the amino-acyl tRNA using a ribosome to do it, and there is no way to input more energy into the forward step in order to effectively reverse, as far as I know.
