OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
sure :)
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
these can be scary at first glance, espically when looking at it on a graph
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
to make it easier lets look at the points :)
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
the small one has points of, 2,2,4
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
do you see hwo i got these?

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
technically it has (-2,2), (2,2), and (-2,4)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
yes I do :)
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
ok :)
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
so the bigger one has points of 4,4,8
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
now to go from
2->4
2->4
4->8
What do we have to scale by?

umm to be honest I don't know. all this stuff is confusing lol.
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
hint: in this scaling we multiply
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
2 times x =4
2 times x = 4
4 times x =8
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so you would multiply by 2?
OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
yup :)

Also welcome to openstudy ^.^
OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):
