OpenStudy (phebe):

Can we have a learning game section. Like where we do quizes on here and stuff. Any feedback for anyone who agrees or disagree?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you elaborate more on your idea? I'm not so sure where you're coming from

OpenStudy (phebe):

Like I think we should have an extra section here. Where people can go an do quizes but in game for mate and maybe compete you know

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm.. that is interesting, but isn't OS just meant for peer-peer studying?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There are other websites that users go on to play and collaborate that way

OpenStudy (phebe):

Yea true but it can be used for peer on peer game kind of studying Some kids learn faster that way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, if the so called games are educational, then since everyone has different learning styles, this could be entertaining… yet how could you bring these 'games' to an older and more mature audience?

OpenStudy (phebe):

We can do age games Meaning the type of learning game will be pertaining to the persons skill and learning level

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nice answer. I like your idea then!

OpenStudy (phebe):

Hopefully the Mods agree also

OpenStudy (phebe):

@Preetha

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

It would be nice, but as said above, this is a peer answer site. The point of this is to get help from other students around the world, not to play games to learn. Though it would be more fun!! Other sites will offer you that. If helping and you know a game that you think the user should play to practice, you should post it!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Perhaps we could make our own games in threads.. that would be super creative!

OpenStudy (phebe):

Yeah we should do that We should have a section on OS that lets us post a quiz game or something

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To start it off, maybe you could do a learning styles quiz to get everyone aware of their types of learning styles.. personalized games can be made for each style (visual, auditory, tactile)

OpenStudy (phebe):

Yea true , you think it would be good if we put people in like a group,, because everyone has a diffrent learning stlye

@TheSmartOne @dan815

OpenStudy (sleepyhead314):

there have been quite a few users who have been posting trivia/intriguing/fun questions @ganeshie8 has been doing some calculus and geometry related ones @jagr2713 has put up a few in the mathematics section as well if you have a fun interesting question, you can try asking it in it's proper subject must such questions have to relate to some subject :P (math, biology, chemistry, history, etc)

OpenStudy (phebe):

okay thanks for the suggestion. Have you done any?

OpenStudy (sleepyhead314):

I personally have not done any although I am interested in this one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missing_dollar_riddle

OpenStudy (phebe):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe but some people could abuse that section by posting a question from their quiz and it will be answered and not explained:/

OpenStudy (muscrat123):

i really like the idea of the daily fun fact poll. i think we should try for it again, together.
