well, Active that is a safe way to say it takes responsibility.I mean an Active voice is Accurate and correct, and im not so sure about an passive one. I would certainly agree with you both.

Speaking of whic i do see it to be tricky becase we may know what a active one is bu,what is the true definition of passive,you must take key words,and analyze them until you understand one hunded percent.The words are important,not the choices
