For f(x) = 0.01(2)^x, find the average rate of change from x = 2 to x = 10.

Please help I dont understand these things :/

in this case a=2 b=10 can you go on ?

so it should look like this? \[\frac{f(b) - f(a) }{ 10 - 2 }\]
plug in the a and b in the numerator as well
\[\frac{f(10)-f(2)}{10-2}=?\]
