B talks about chemical composition of the Earth's different layers, so that rules that answer out since it mentions nothing about chemistry in the question, taxonomy is the classification of living organisms into groups and geologists have nothing to do with that so that rules out C, and neither geology nor biology deal specifically with the rituals and traditions of human cultures, so the only answer would be A.
