Just look around you, mess around with a few notes and lyrics 'till you find something that sticks and work from there. It can be about anything really. I know that's kinda vague but just keeping messing around with the lyrics until you find some you like. It may take awhile but hey, everyone takes time to work on songs even songwriters take awhile.
