Please help. If disk A weighs 8lb and has a radius ra=3in and disk B has radius rb=4.5 in. How do I find the weight of disk B if both disks have the same thickness and are made of the same material?

OpenStudy (alekos):

just use proportion. weight of A/radius of A = weight of B/radius of B

OpenStudy (babyslapmafro):

I tried that and it is not correct.
