is this okay? this is what i wrote for an answer: Part A: First, you would reflect figure ABCD over the y axis. Then, you would need to make a translation 4 units down. You would need to reflect the figure over the y axis because figure A'B'C'D' is on the other side of the y axis and is a mirror image of figure ABCD, making it a reflection. I would need to make a translation 4 units down because the figure's coordinates after the reflection are: A= (4,4) B= (2,2) C=(2,-1) D= (4,1) Part B: The two figures are congruent because both figures have the same shape and size. The second figure is just a rigid transformation.
