Can someone check if these are correct?
1. What important information must be included to find a sum of a geometric series? In order to find the sum of a geometric series, you must know the first term, the number of terms and also the ratio 2. How is sigma notation used to find the value of a series? Sigma notation is used to find the value of a series because the number above the sigma stands for the last value in the series, and the number below the sigma notation stands for the first value in the series 3. How can a convergent or divergent series be identified? You can identify whether a series is convergent or divergent by looking at it's ratio. If the ratio is -1<r<1 then it's convergent, if not then it's divergent.

I'm kind of torn on the last question. I know that there was a whole chapter devoted to sequences, series, Taylor series, MacLaurin Series in my book .... but there is more than one test out there. For the last question is it just asking about how to tell if the geometric series is convergent or divergent or is it about all the tests in general.
on top of that , a finite geometric series and an infinite geometric series exist too.
