Daniel and Elizabeth had to choose between making a 600-mile round trip by car or plane. Round-trip airfare was $260 for each of them and would take 2 hours. Round-trip cab fare to the airport would add $15. Driving their car would take 2 days each way and would add the cost of gas, food, and lodging. Elizabeth estimated that gas would cost $60, that food would be $25 per day (4 days) for each of them, and that lodging would be $48 for each night of the 2 nights they would stay in a motel. Find the average cost per passenger-mile of flying.
