I read in a Manga lol

It's not in any dictionary so I think it may be a term exclusive to whatever you're reading, like how lightsaber is star wars. Can you post the context of the word?

Or it can mean just a place in general that has a purpose of information storage for many 'items'.

Urchive - is not a building tho'. it can be online, the bottom line is tho' that it is somewhere where information is stored.
