What exactly happens when you report someone? What are the effects of reporting someone?

When you report someone it goes to a mod. 
The effects of reporting is nothing till a mod sees it they determine how they will take care of the situition some of the things that may occur are
-Suspension
-Kick (from a subject) 
They can also ipcheck in case there is a need for it :)

You can block a user if you wish to :)

The block button doesn't even work too well due to the fact that the block user only works when an irritating user tries to private message you. You can still see their sentences in chat or their responses in the question.  

The "block user" button needs to be improved.
