What conclusion can you draw from this data? A. Sheep and rattlesnake both evolved from carp. B. Humans and chimpanzees are the same species. C. Humans are more closely related to chimpanzees than carp. D. Chimpanzees evolved from sheep.

Looking at the data, it would see that chimpanzees and humans are very closely related, but there is not enough information to confirm that they are the same species so B is out. There is no evidence from the chart to support that sheep and rattles snakes came from the carp so A is out For D once again the numbers do no support that chimps evolved from sheep. D is out. By process of elimination, the answer should be C Humans are more closely related to Chimps than Carp.
