If the arc on a particular circle has an arc length of 12 inches, and the circumference of the circle is 48 inches, what is the angle measure of the arc? 90° 120° 135° 180°

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Vocaloid can you help me again?

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

does this have an image at all? just wondering?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no this is all i have :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@robtobey could you help?

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

48 is divisible by 12, and the quotient is 4. since a perigon or a circle measures 360 degrees completely. Thus 360 divided by 4 is 90.

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

I really hope this helps :}

okay thank you both of you!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so to find a circumfrence of a circle with arc length would you divide 180 by the arc angle the multiply the arch length by that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oops 360 not 180
