I don't get why we have to go into 2 ways?? \(c_1\neq C_1\). It confused me a lot.

SNB is a computerized solver that produced the solution with \(C_1,C_2\) -- it merely found the solutions in a slightly different looking form, but the book is showing the computer result is equivalent to the one you derive by hand
