why do we need history

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because is so we don't repeat past mistakes like what happened with Hitler. History tends to repeat itself.

I mostly enjoy History because of Greek. I wish to be a teacher for it one day, but everyone has their dislikes and personal preferences in school, such as Math for me.

Honestly I ask myself the same question everyday to me history is history why do we need to know the past lol

I love History! and yes we must learn from past mistakes and take record of people who helped us succeed as the Human race, Albert Einstien, Nikolas Tesla, and many more imagine if no one knew who invented the light bulb everyone would claim they did it and imagine if the Holocust happened all over again because of fake propagand and lack of civil rights in other words history is here to shelter our well being as the HUMAN RACE and help us expand as a great empire across the stars ;^)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but life my history i can handle i dont like leaning about other peoples history

OpenStudy (paki):

Its fun to learn about the past things that are hidden maybe our ancestors knew things we didn't virtuds lost across time and space, virtually almost anything can happen in our universe and uncovering the secrets of the Universe sometimes lies in the past. What happen to the knowledge of how to create the pyramids without moder technology if there was ever a fall out and the human race had to start fresh looking to the past would be our salvation.
