Gordon is evaluating some stocks he wants to purchase. You can see the function of the stock price below. The variable x represents days. PLEASE OPEN ATTACHMENT IN COMMENTS!!!

What am I supposed to do?
I do not understand..
ok... for the starting price x = 0 so for stock A what is the starting price, substitute x = 0 Stock B read the table and find the value of f(x) when x = 0 Stock C it says that the starting price is $30... identify the middle value of the 3 thats step 1
Is is 25?
correct now for the rate of growth Stock A has 1.08 this represents a 8% increase Stock B as a 4% growth rate Stock C the price seems to be falling. so which is the middle ?
Stock B 4% ?
great so the function is \[f(x) =25\times(1.04)^x\] does that make sense
Yes, I understand this part now! Yet, I'm not sure how I would word it to justify that answer either..
I would just explain how I found the numbers to input?
of... for the starting price use x = 0... in for each stock... that is the initial value... so say something like, find the value when x = 0... then give the 3 values as for the rate of increase... the 1st model is 1.08 so the rate of increase is 8% and then for B the price is declining you are told C = 4% so talk about those things
Got that! Thank you!
Now, how would I graph this? What kind of graph...
What does it mean by "key features?" @campbell_st
use this site to graph it it will do it easily.... just enter it as y = 25*(1.04)^x https://www.desmos.com/calculator
well the graph is only 1st quadrant... show the initial price... the y- intercept... and probably aboter 10 to 15 days the value may get a little silly
Not understanding what you mean..
Nevermind I get what you're saying lol
Still need helpppp
