No lol it takes time. Get to know her more and more until you feel it's time. That's why you see so many break ups very often. Cause people want to jump in relationships so soon. Be her friend for a while...  Then work your way up to  be her best friend, always be there for her...  Then if she feels very comfortable, ask her out and I guarantee she'll say yes.

There's no such thing. Just get to know her for at least a week or two and THEN you can ask her out. For all you know, this could just be a fling and you get over it within a few days.
