I'm just using my gut here so take it with a grain of salt, just by looking at it I would guess its 1. (Can't be -1 or 0, and 4 looks too steep for a tangent line)

If you try to guess f(x) you get -(x+3)(x-3)=-x^2+9, take the derivative of that and you get f(-2)=4
