I'm just using my gut here so take it with a grain of salt, just by looking at it I would guess its 1. (Can't be -1 or 0, and 4 looks too steep for a tangent line)
You could on the other hand estimate f(x) since you know the x and y-intercepts and take the derivative of that
draw a tangent line and estimate its slope.
draw in a tangent line at x=-2 to the curve estimate the lines slope (looks about 8??)
I got 4 as my answer

I found the equation of the graph -x^2+9 and then took its derivative and plugged in f(-2)
Yeah 4 is right, If you try to guess f(x) you get -(x+3)(x-3)=-x^2+9, take the derivative of that and you get f(-2)=4 Yep.
