You need 10 things.

I would just put the names of stores along one "wall" of the mall
example shoe store at 4,12, book store at (4,16), and so on

For question 1, the line from the kiosk to the front entrance is a line with positive slope
to show it is positive slope, find (change in y) / (change in x)
that will be the slope, and it will be a positive number.

do the same for question 2, except front entrance to food court.
that will have negative slope.
