question: (06.01)A bag contains 10 marbles of the same size that are red, yellow, and orange. The probability of picking a red marble is 10%. The probability of picking a yellow marble is 60%. Determine the probability of picking an orange marble from the bag and then classify the probability of picking an orange marble as likely or not likely to occur.

If there are ten marbles in a bag, then that means each marble has a 10% chance of getting picked. That means that there is 1 red marble and 6 yellow marbles, adding up to 7 total marbles. 7 total marbles means that there is a 70% of picking a yellow or a red marble. Since it is out of 100%, I would subtract 70% from 100%, which is 30%. So this means that there is a 30% chance that an orange marble will get picked. The probability of picking an orange marble is unlikely, since 30% is less than half and close to 0.
