Because diabetic people aren't suppose to have high blood sugar like my step dad. It's suppose to be under 100. And Hypoglycemia is a loss of glucose and glucose is blood sugar basically and if the person doesn't eat enough then they can get a hypoglycemic reaction and if they eat too much it can hurt them so It would be D.
