the first sentence it would be the second option because semi colons (;) are used to list things, then colons (:) are used to simply state something. therefore, the comma would be best used in the first sentence. The second sentence would be sounds; because the semi colon was making a list of things after the 'sounds'

Lol sorry it's sounds with a semi colon (;) semi colons list many things colons list one thing I am hearing a sound: lizards I am hearing sounds; many lizards, possibly a duck and a rawring dinosaur
