Four students did a survey to find the soda flavor sixth-grade students prefer. The table below shows the method each student used to conduct the survey: Student Method Trey Asked 100 students at random from his seventh-grade class what their favorite soda flavor is Jesse Asked 100 sixth-grade students at random what their favorite soda flavor is Nita Asked 100 eighth-grade students at random what their favorite soda flavor is Ruben Asked 100 third-grade students at random what their favorite soda flavor is Which student's survey not biased?

@taramgrant0543664

OpenStudy (taramgrant0543664):

Well we know that Trey's is biased because all the other ones are at random where Trey's is random but in his class so he could have just picked his friends

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'm sorry @conner123 i cant help with this one i don't even know it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says not biased though

OpenStudy (taramgrant0543664):

So we can eliminate Trey's

OpenStudy (taramgrant0543664):

The question states that the students did this survey to figure out the soda flavour for sixth grade students prefer so my question is why would the be asking eight grade and third grade students so I feel like those would be biased because how would they know what the sixth grade students like other than Jesse they eliminate the actual people they were wanting to know about in the First place

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So what do you you think the answer is

OpenStudy (taramgrant0543664):

I'm thinking Jesse but I'm not 100% sure as its a really weird question
