OpenStudy (mertsj):

How many ways can the disc land?

2

OpenStudy (mertsj):

What is the chance it will land with white up?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1

OpenStudy (mertsj):

There is 1 white outcome

OpenStudy (mertsj):

And 2 outcomes possible. So the probability it will land with the white side up is 1/2 and the probability it will land with the black side up is 1/2. All of the previous flips do not affect the outcome of the 16th flip. Each flip or toss is an independent event.

got it. I was thinking base on the flips
